MgA. Michaela Klakurková

Míša is a visual artist, photographer and creative. She studied photography, interactive media and media communication at the Department of Creative Photography in Opava and
at the Prague School of Creative Communication.

Míša is the driving force behind the team's visual component, generating ideas for impactful campaigns, projects and communication. As a photographer and editor, she has a unique ability to think in images and convey visual sensations. She channels her creative potential towards ethical communication, enabling her to witness positive change in the world.

MgA. Michaela Klakurková

Mgr. Natálie Kratochvíle

Natalie is a social media specialist, creative and a marketing guru. She studied Media and Communication in Hradec Králové and Art Management at MUNI in Brno.

Natalie is an idea maker and social media specialist, drawing from the various community, cultural, and creative endeavours in her free time. Alongside her job, she owns a sauna by the Elbe which provides a space where she can clear her mind and gain fresh perspectives on her projects.

Mgr. Natálie Kratochvíle

Jan Pažin

Jan is the founder and executive producer of NICE! films, where he leads major projects, managing a high volume of calls. An industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, he’s earned the reputation as an advertising matador. Jan has produced numerous commercials, even making appearances in some of them in supporting roles.

In addition to his work in the film industry, Jan has recently been elected as the mayor of Chocen, demonstrating his dedication to serving his community. Passionate about
organising engaging events, he also has a talent for cooking up delicious meals.

Even early in his studies at FAMU, Jan showed his passion and skill for filmmaking, directing the first 3D documentary in the Czech Republic titled The Message from Tučín. His most recent film, One Day in the Life, received the prestigious directing award at Famufest. His ability to capture people's inner spark and portray it on screen sets his videos apart, adding depth and a touch of charm to every project he takes on.

Mgr. Jana Samšuková

Jana is the New Business Director at Družina studio and NICE! production, overseeing the acquisition of new clients and projects. With her background in journalism, she’s actively involved in scriptwriting and creative aspects of the projects.

Jana finds the most fulfilment in working on purposeful campaigns, videos with a message, and HR communications. Having worked across various domains, including agencies, clients, and freelance, Jana brings a wealth of diverse experience to the table. Outside work, Jana enjoys exploring new music, playing in a band, and doting on her dachshund.
